Uganda Handball Super League 2022 set for colorful kick off

Uganda Handball Super League 2022:

  • Match day 1 (Saturday, 11e June)
  • At Kibuli Sports Ground, Kampala City
  • 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Uganda Handball Super League 2022 will start on Saturday 11e June.

There are five matches lined up on the first matchday at the Kibuli Sports Grounds in Kampala city.

Two men’s matches will be played and three following for women.

In some of the matchday one matches, University of Ndejje (men) will face off against the police in the early kick-off at 9am.

This will be followed by another duel of the University of Ndejje against defending champions Police (women’s gender) at 10:30 am.

At noon, Kawanda faces Victoria (women), the UPDF women will then entertain the current Prisons cup holders at 1:30 p.m.

The final match of the day will see the UPDF men versus the prisons in a game that will be something of a cracker at 3pm.

The prison (men) and police (women) handball clubs won the respective 2021 national league titles.

This league is organized by the Uganda Handball Federation (UHF).

First day of match:

  • 09:00: Ndejje University Vs Police (Men)
  • 10:30 a.m.: Ndejje University Vs Police (Women)
  • 12:00 p.m.: Kawanda Vs Victoria (Women)
  • 1:30 p.m.: UPDF Vs Prisons (Women)
  • 15:00: UPDF Vs Prisons (Men)
